Job summary

Centivo is hiring a Senior Plan Documents Specialist to join our delivery team and work remotely. You will collaborate with Configuration, Implementation, Client Success, and Product teams to produce accurate SBCs, SPDs, and SMMs, while ensuring compliance with ERISA, COBRA, ACA, HIPAA, and other laws.

This role requires 3-5 years of benefits paralegal or related experience, a bachelor's degree or equivalent, and strong attention to detail.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of employee benefits paralegal or similar experience.
• Experience with ERISA and Health and Welfare plans.
• Experience drafting plan documents (SBCs, SPDs, SMMs).
• Comfort with client inquiries and cross-functional collaboration.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Verify eligibility and plan requirements for documents.
• Draft, finalize, and maintain plan documents (SBCs, SPDs, SMMs).
• Assist with client and internal inquiries on SBC language and compliance.
• Contribute to vendor communications about mandates.
• Support onboarding and project management for mid-market accounts.
