We Are Legal Revolution, a growing California-based plaintiff-side personal injury firm, seeks a Plaintiff Associate Attorney to lead high-value cases from intake to resolution. Fully remote setup with a strong marketing engine and 60+ lawyers supports your practice and growth.

You'll handle complex filings, depositions, and trial preparation, developing strategies and damages models while collaborating with a trial-focused leadership team. California license required.

Qualifications

• California-licensed plaintiff PI attorney with 3+ years of experience.
• Comfortable running a litigation docket and moving files toward trial.
• Solid deposition and mediation skills; trial experience preferred.
• "Builder" mindset to shape processes and support firm growth.

Responsibilities

• Own high-value PI files from intake through resolution.
• Run cases from pleadings through trial with potential first- or second-chair roles.
• Lead written discovery, depositions, mediation, and trial prep.
• Develop case themes and damages models to push liability and causation.
• Collaborate with a trial-oriented leadership team on tough files.
