We Are Legal Revolution in Los Angeles, CA is seeking a Senior Plaintiff Personal Injury Litigation Attorney to lead a plaintiff-side caseload with autonomy, trial-ready matters, and a path to meaningful impact.

You will own files from filing through settlement or trial, handle depositions and hearings, negotiate with insurers, and mentor junior staff in a collaborative, award-recognized practice.

This fully remote role offers a competitive package up to $250k and a supportive leadership team.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of plaintiff-side personal injury litigation experience.
• J.D. from an accredited law school and active California Bar membership.
• First-chair or meaningful second-chair courtroom experience.
• Strong deposition, motion-practice, negotiation and oral advocacy skills.

Aufgaben

• Independently manage a full plaintiff-side personal injury caseload from filing through settlement, dismissal or trial.
• Take and defend depositions and represent clients at court hearings, mediations, arbitrations and trials.
• Negotiate settlements directly with opposing counsel and insurance carriers.
• Handle matters involving auto and trucking accidents, premises liability and dog-bite claims.
• Ensure compliance with applicable procedural codes and ethical obligations.
