We Are Legal Revolution in New York, NY, seeks a Plaintiff Personal Injury Litigation Attorney to own cases from filing through verdict in a hybrid in-office/remote setup. The role offers a base salary up to $250,000 with additional bonus potential and a focus on high-value, plaintiff-side matters.

Three days per week in the office and exposure to catastrophic injuries across medical malpractice, premises liability, motor vehicle accidents and birth injuries are part of the practice.

Qualifikationen

• Active New York Bar admission is required.
• 3+ years of plaintiff-side personal injury litigation experience.
• Record of success with at least two jury trials as first chair.
• Ability to manage a large active caseload from filing through verdict.

Aufgaben

• Manage personal injury matters from filing through verdict.
• Meet with clients and initiate lawsuits.
• Draft and respond to written discovery.
• Take fact-witness and expert depositions.
• Retain and work with expert witnesses.
• Handle court appearances, hearings and motions.
• Prepare for and attend mediations.
• Develop cases for trial and try them to verdict.
• Draft and file post-trial motions.
• Direct support staff and participate in file audits and clinics.
