We Are Legal Revolution in the Southern California area seeks a Personal Injury Attorney on the plaintiff side to own files from intake through resolution, with deposition and trial exposure and frequent client contact in a remote-friendly setting.

The role involves managing a PI caseload, drafting pleadings and motions, taking depositions, assisting with mediation, settlement strategy, and trial prep while maintaining client communication.

Qualifications

• 2 to 5 years of litigation experience.
• Civil litigation background focused on plaintiff personal injury.
• Active California Bar admission in good standing; JD from an accredited law school.
• Strong legal writing skills; comfortable with motion practice and discovery drafting.
• Ability to work effectively in an in-office environment and manage active deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Manage a plaintiff personal injury caseload from evaluation through settlement or trial preparation.
• Draft and respond to pleadings, written discovery, and substantive motions.
• Prepare for and take depositions (party and witness) as experience permits.
• Assist with mediation and settlement strategy, including demand packages and negotiations.
• Support trial preparation, including witness prep, exhibits, and pretrial filings.
• Maintain regular client communication and provide status updates.
