Job summary

We Are Legal Revolution, a Southern California plaintiffs-only personal injury firm, seeks an experienced attorney to own cases from inception to settlement and trial when needed. The role offers in-house investigators, medical Records support, and a strong, values-driven culture.

Ideal candidates have 7+ years of PI litigation with a trial focus, first-chair trial experience, and excellent writing/research skills. Base starts at $200k+ DOE with comprehensive benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Licensed and in good standing in-state.
• 7+ years plaintiff PI litigation with a trial focus.
• First-chair trial experience strongly preferred.
• Excellent writing, research, and litigation skills (motions, depos, MSJ).
• Proven track record managing high-volume/high-value files.

Responsibilities

• Own cases from inception through settlement (and trial, where needed).
• Case investigation (liability + damages)
• Drafting/filing litigation documents, discovery disputes, and law & motion
• Handling MSJ oppositions, depositions, and court appearances
• Negotiating settlements and delivering outstanding client service
• First-chair trial work (for the right candidate)
