Niagara Partners, Inc. seeks a Senior Associate with 5–10 years of solid employment litigation experience to join our plaintiff firm in New York. You will work directly with a Partner on a diverse caseload including wrongful termination, harassment, discrimination, and wage claims.

Job description

Our client is a plaintiff law firm that specializes in Employment Litigation. They continue to grow and are looking to add a new Senior Associate to the team. We are seeking a Senior Associate with 5-10 years of solid employment litigation experience. You will work alongside a Partner on a caseload, that includes wrongful termination, sexual harassment, discrimination, and underpaid wages.

Ideally, we are looking for an Senior Associate with 5-10 years of experience. This position would pay a base salary of 180k-220k, plus 2%-5% of the net legal fee of cases you work on, depending on experience. The firm has roughly 70 people on staff and they are based in midtown. This role is hybrid and they would like for you to be in the office 3 days a week.
