The ideal candidate will be senior enough to independently lead and manage single-plaintiff employment litigation matters, including discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and wrongful termination claims, as well as wage and hour matters arising under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) and related state laws. Candidates should be comfortable managing all phases of litigation, including drafting, and responding to pleadings and discovery, drafting, and arguing motions, taking, and defending depositions, and preparing matters for mediation, arbitration, and trial.
