Job summary

NAPA Auto Parts is seeking a skilled Warehouse Equipment Operator to join our on-site team in Plainfield, IN. You will load, unload, and move goods using forklifts and other powered equipment, ensuring accurate staging and timely order fulfillment.

This position requires standing and walking through shifts, basic math and computer skills, clear communication, and strict adherence to safety procedures and OSHA standards.

Qualifications

• Must be able to stand and walk for full shift.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 6 months prior work experience preferred.
• Ability to operate powered industrial equipment.
• Good math skills and basic computer use.
• Clear communication and listening skills.

Responsibilities

• Load, unload, move, and stage product using power equipment.
• Receive inbound shipments and store them in correct locations.
• Pick orders and prepare for shipment with correct quantities.
• Operate forklifts, reach trucks, order pickers safely per OSHA.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
