Job summary

NAPA Auto Parts in Indianapolis, IN is seeking a skilled Warehouse Equipment Operator to join our team. You will load, unload, and stage product using power equipment, perform receiving/putaway, and handle order picking to ensure timely shipments.

You will operate forklifts and other equipment, maintain accurate inventory, and uphold safety standards. A High School Diploma or equivalent and basic math/computer skills are required.

Qualifications

• Stamina to stand and walk for the entire shift.
• 6 months prior work experience preferred.
• Able to speak clearly and listen attentively.
• Basic math skills and ability to identify numeric sequences.
• Basic computer usage skills.

Responsibilities

• Load, unload, move, stack and stage product with power equipment.
• Receive/Putaway – unload inbound shipments and store as needed.
• Pull and prepare product for shipment (order picking).
• Load product from staging to trailers or containers.
• Operate reach truck, order selector, double walkie rider, forklift safely.
• Ensure shipments are accurate and report variances.
• Maintain inventory records and assist in physical inventories.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and orderly work area; follow OSHA rules.
