Job summary

NAPA Auto Parts in Indiana is seeking a Warehouse Equipment Operator to join our growing team. You will load, unload, and move product using power equipment, perform daily equipment inspections, and help ensure accurate inventory and timely shipments.

The role requires stamina to stand and walk all shift, plus basic math and computer skills. Prior powered equipment experience is a plus; training will be provided to operate reach trucks and forklifts safely.

Qualifications

• Stamina to stand and walk for the full shift.
• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• 6 months prior work experience is a plus.
• Basic math skills and reading of letters/numbers.
• Able to speak clearly and listen attentively.
• Basic computer usage skills.

Responsibilities

• Load, unload, move, stack and stage product using power equipment.
• Receive/Putaway and organize inbound shipments safely.
• Pull and prepare product for shipment for accurate orders.
• Operate forklifts and order pickers safely following OSHA standards.
• Maintain a clean, orderly work area and report issues to management.
