Job summary

NAPA Auto Parts is seeking a skilled Warehouse Equipment Operator to join our growing team. You will load, unload, pick, and stage product using power equipment and ensure accurate inbound and outbound shipments.

Key duties include daily equipment inspections, safe operation of forklifts and pallet jacks, maintaining a clean, organized warehouse and supporting inventory control and safety programs in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Must be able to stand and walk for the full shift.
• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• 6 months of prior warehouse experience is a plus.
• Able to speak clearly and listen attentively.
• Basic math skills and ability to read letters/numbers.

Responsibilities

• Load, unload, move, stack and stage product using power equipment.
• Maintain equipment and materials in a neat, clean, and orderly fashion.
• Perform daily inspections on assigned equipment.
• Operate equipment safely and in line with OSHA standards.
• Receive/putaway inbound shipments and move product to storage locations.
• Efficiently pick and prepare product for shipment.
• Load product into trailers or containers.
• Ensure inbound and outbound shipments are accurate and undamaged.
• Record inventory and assist with physical inventories.
• Ensure proper stock rotation and maintain warehouse security.
