NAPA Auto Parts in Plainfield, IN is seeking a Warehouse Associate to join our distribution team. You will perform receiving, replenishing, picking, and loading while ensuring accuracy and safety throughout daily warehouse tasks.

You will troubleshoot issues, maintain inventory records, and support KPI goals by maintaining productivity and quality standards in a fast-paced environment. Training is provided to operate RF scanners and common warehouse equipment.

Qualifications

• Must be able to stand and walk throughout shift.
• Able to lift/move items up to 50 pounds and push/pull 300 pounds with aids.
• Familiarity with RF scanners and basic computer use.
• Strong math skills for quantity checks.
• Ability to read alphanumeric sequences.
• Proficient in using basic computer tools.
• Team oriented with a focus on safety and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Receiving – unload inbound shipments and verify contents.
• Order picking and transport to shipping areas.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and rotation.
• Adhere to safety, housekeeping, and security protocols.
• Meet productivity standards and track KPIs.
• Identify and solve problems during daily warehouse operations.
