Job summary

Napa Auto Parts seeks a skilled Warehouse Equipment Operator to join our team in Indiana. This role involves receiving, replenishing, picking, and loading product as it is picked, using power equipment such as forklifts and reach trucks.

Responsibilities include loading and unloading shipments, order picking for shipment, maintaining equipment, and ensuring safety and accuracy of inventory. Prior experience with powered industrial equipment is preferred and a High School diploma is required.

Qualifications

• Stamina to stand and walk for the full shift.
• Clear verbal communication and listening skills.
• Basic math skills for product placement and counting.
• Basic computer usage for simple warehouse tasks.

Responsibilities

• Load, unload, move, stack and stage product using power equipment.
• Receiving/Putaway – unload inbound shipments and store securely.
• Order picking – prepare product for shipment.
• Loading – move product into trailers or containers.
• Operate equipment safely following OSHA standards and company procedures.
• Maintain inventory records and assist in physical inventories.
