Job summary

NAPA Auto Parts is seeking a skilled Warehouse Equipment Operator to join our team. Responsibilities include loading, unloading, moving, stacking, staging, and ensuring safe handling of products with powered equipment.

You will also perform daily equipment inspections and assist in receiving and placing goods into storage. The role emphasizes accuracy in order picking, safe operation of forklifts and reach trucks, and adherence to OSHA standards while maintaining a clean, organized warehouse

Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent work experience required.
6 months prior work experience is a plus.
6 months of prior Powered Industrial Equipment preferred.
Able to speak clearly and listen attentively.
Capable of recognizing and distinguishing letters and numbers and remembering their sequence.
Good basic math skills and ability to identify numeric/alphanumeric sequences quickly.
Basic computer usage skills.

Responsibilities

Load, unload, move, stack and stage product using power equipment.
Maintain equipment and materials in a neat, clean, orderly fashion.
Daily inspection on assigned equipment.
Receive/Putaway – unload inbound shipments and move to storage.
Pull and prepare product for shipment for exact load.
Operate reach truck, order selector, and forklifts safely following OSHA standards.
