Job summary

NAPA Auto Parts is seeking a skilled and energetic Warehouse Equipment Operator to join our growing team. You will perform tasks including receiving, replenishing, picking, and loading product as it is picked, using power equipment in a fast-paced warehouse.

Responsibilities include loading, unloading, and moving product; ensuring accuracy and quality of inbound/outbound shipments; maintaining inventory records; and upholding OSHA safety standards in a dynamic work environment.

Qualifications

• Must have stamina to stand and walk for the full shift.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 6 months prior work experience is a plus.
• Prior powered industrial equipment experience preferred.
• Able to speak clearly and listen attentively.
• Basic math skills and ability to identify numeric sequences.
• Basic computer usage skills.

Responsibilities

• Load, unload, move, stack and stage product using power equipment.
• Receiving/Putaway – unload inbound shipments and store product.
• Order picking – pull and prepare product for shipment.
• Loading – move product into trailers or containers.
• Quality – ensure shipments are accurate and undamaged.
• Inventory – keep records and assist in physical inventories.
• Safety, housekeeping and security: maintain a clean, safe area and follow OSHA standards.
• Support safety program and adhere to company safety initiatives.
• Meet job standards as equipment, materials, and procedures evolve.
