Global Medical Response is seeking a Base Pilot Supervisor to oversee line pilots at the base. You will ensure operations comply with FAA regulations and the EMS operations manual, working with the Program Director to keep the base efficient, safe, and cost-effective.

This role offers a competitive salary of $102,073–$107,399 with a 15% geo modifier, a $15,000 sign-on, a $40,000 retention plan after three years, and a 7/7 schedule with housing provided at all locations.

Qualifications

• 2000 total flight hours with 1500 helicopter hours.
• 1000 helicopter pilot-in-command hours; 500 turbine hours.
• Night unaided 100 hours or 50 hours unaided with 100 hours aided.
• FAA regulations compliance and safety-focused operations.

Responsibilities

• Develops and coordinates pilot duty schedules.
• Coordinates flight planning activities and resources for mission support.
• Conducts local area orientations for new hire pilots.
• Monitors weather forecasts and daily operations for safety.
• Reviews base pilots' monthly flight/duty logs and submits reports.
• Ensures preflight checks and aircraft safety documentation.
