Job summary

Global Medical Response is seeking a Base Pilot Supervisor to lead Base Line Pilots and ensure all operations comply with FAA regulations and the Rotorcraft Operations Manual.

Ideal candidates have extensive total flight time, helicopter time, PIC experience and turbine hours; supervisory experience is a plus. The role offers a 7/7 schedule, 24-hour base housing, a $15K sign-on bonus, a $5K annual stipend, and retention bonuses up to $40K after three years.

Qualifications

• Meet the requirements of a Base Line Pilot with substantial flight time
• 2000 hours total flight time; 1500 helicopter hours; 1000 helicopter PIC hours
• 500 turbine hours; 100 hours night unaided or 50 unaided with 100 aided hours

Responsibilities

• Lead and train Base Line Pilots under the base director
• Coordinate pilot duty schedules with Regional Director of Flight Operations
• Oversee flight planning resources and base mission support
• Conduct preflight checks and maintain logs and compliance
• Monitor weather and operational safety at the base
• Ensure payroll grids are submitted to Regional Director of Flight Operations
• Maintain safe and efficient aircraft operations per Rotorcraft Flight Manual
