Job summary

Global Medical Response seeks a Base Pilot Supervisor to lead Base Line Pilots, coordinate schedules, supervise training, and ensure safe, compliant operations. The role includes base flight planning, payroll submission, and preflight duties.

The Base Pilot Supervisor will work with the Program Director to maintain efficient base operations and oversee day-to-day pilot activities in a high-stakes environment.

Qualifications

• Total flight time of 2000 hours with helicopter time included.
• 1000 hours helicopter PIC and 500 hours turbine experience.
• Minimum night unaided 100 hours or 50 hours unaided with 100 hours aided.
• One year of experience as a Pilot with a GMR company; supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develops and coordinates pilot duty schedules with Regional Director of Flight Operations.
• Coordinates flight planning activities and resources for base missions.
• Conducts local area orientations for new hire pilots.
• Monitors weather conditions and forecasts for operations at the base.
• Ensures compliance with Rotorcraft Flight Manual and safety standards.
• Preflight aircraft and document discrepancies in the engineering log.
