Job summary

Global Medical Response in Oklahoma seeks a Base Pilot Supervisor to lead line pilots, ensuring compliant, safe operations of the rotorcraft fleet. The BPS collaborates with the Program Director to keep bases efficient and economical while aligning with regulations.

The role requires coordinating schedules, training, and flight planning, plus preflight reviews and payroll submissions. A demanding schedule, with 7/7 shifts and base housing provided.

Qualifications

• 2000 hours total flight time.
• 1500 hours helicopter time.
• 1000 hours helicopter pilot in command.
• 500 hours turbine operation.
• 100 hours night unaided or 50 hours unaided with 100 hours aided.

Responsibilities

• Leads Base Line Pilots and oversees scheduling with Regional Director of Flight Operations.
• Coordinates flight planning and mission support resources at the base.
• Conducts local area orientation for new pilots.
• Manages aviation activities related to public relations events.
• Reviews and submits monthly flight/duty logs in time.
• Monitors pilots, assists in day-to-day flight and admin issues.
• Submits payroll grids to Regional Director of Flight Operations.
• Operates aircraft safely per Rotorcraft Flight Manual.
• Monitors weather and forecast changes.
• Conducts preflight checks and logs discrepancies for maintenance.
