United States Digital Space LLC is seeking a Civil Superintendent (Piles) for a utility-scale PV solar and battery energy storage project near San Angelo, TX. The role supervises piling operations, rock anchor installation, and crafts, ensuring compliance with specifications, schedules, and budgets.

The position requires a bachelor’s degree (or international equivalent) and 5–12 years of relevant experience.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated commitment to Environment, Safety and Health (ES&H) and Zero Accident safety programs.
• Experience with rock anchor installation.
• Ability to conduct field inspections and walkdowns.
• Knowledge of EPC/EPCM construction programs, means and methods.
• Supervisory experience on construction sites.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership for safety, health, and environment on the project.
• Manage three-week look-ahead schedules for labor and equipment.
• Coordinate with General Foreman to hire craft labor and supervise crews.
• Prepare material requisitions and coordinate with Supply Chain for tools and consumables.
• Prepare reports on construction progress and forecast expenditures.
• Perform employee reviews and identify training opportunities.
