Job summary

UChicago Medicine is seeking a Physician Relations Associate to cultivate relations with referring providers and promote our clinical services. The role is primarily a work-from-home opportunity with onsite visits as needed, and may be based outside the greater Chicagoland area.

The position drives outreach strategies, collaborates with service-line leaders, and supports growth initiatives across service areas. Strong relationship-building, communication, and presentation skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum five years experience in physician relations or medical sales.
• Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills; proficient in MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships through outreach visits to referring physicians and office staff in greater Chicago and surrounding areas.
• Maintain electronic records of physician encounters and provide feedback to administrators.
• Identify CME programs and networking events; coordinate such events and opportunities.
