Job summary

Medrina is seeking a remote Senior Recruiter to lead full-cycle recruitment for physicians and advanced practice providers. The role requires coordinating national searches, training in Chicago, and quarterly travel for events.

Excellent collaboration with Talent Acquisition, HR, and Operations is expected. The position offers a base salary of $75,000–$83,000 with up to 15% bonus, plus health/dental/vision insurance, vacation, holidays, life insurance, sick pay, and a 401(k) with company match

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, HR, or clinical field.
• At least 2 years of candidate sourcing experience.
• At least 1 year in healthcare setting.

Responsibilities

• Perform full-cycle, high-volume recruiting.
• Source and recruit nationally across divisions.
• Track and communicate with candidates using recruitment systems.
• Collaborate with Business Development, HR, and Operations.
• Build and maintain candidate pipelines via sourcing strategies.
• Coordinate candidate itineraries and travel.
• Attend job fairs and events to post opportunities.
• Stay updated on hiring trends.
