Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 5–7 years of related recruitment experience, preferably physician or faculty hiring in healthcare
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or related field
• Experience with applicant tracking systems and recruitment marketing platforms; knowledge of credentialing/licensure requirements

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for physician/faculty positions, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offers
• Develop and execute targeted recruitment strategies with departmental stakeholders
• Source candidates via databases, networks, social media, referrals and professional associations
• Lead search committee meetings and advise on candidate evaluation best practices
• Serve as primary recruitment contact with timely communication to candidates and hiring teams
• Coordinate interview logistics, travel arrangements, and onboarding steps for new hires
• Maintain recruitment records, metrics, and documentation; promote diversity and inclusion throughout
