Emerson Hospital in Concord, MA, is seeking a Senior Physician Recruitment & Relations Specialist to lead recruitment and retention of physicians across Emerson Hospital practices. The role reports to senior leadership and requires strategic planning, budget oversight, and collaboration with medical staff.

You will shape workforce plans, manage end-to-end recruitment, and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations while delivering an exceptional candidate experience.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree preferred; Master's degree preferred.
• 2-3 years of recruitment experience required.
• Experience in physician recruitment, physician relations, HR, or executive search required.
• Prior experience recruiting physicians in a healthcare setting required.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the development and execution of a comprehensive physician recruitment and retention strategy.
• Collaborate with leadership and medical staff to define annual hiring goals and workforce plans.
• Design and manage the recruitment budget, ensuring alignment with organizational priorities.
• Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, tracking, and onboarding physicians.
• Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and candidates to ensure a high-quality recruitment experience.
• Monitor and report on recruitment metrics, continuously improving processes and outcomes.
• Ensure all recruitment activities comply with healthcare regulations and legal guidelines for not-for-profit hospitals.
