Qualifications

• SHRM-CP preferred; RACR preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruitment for healthcare leadership, executive, and specialized clinical positions.
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies to identify and engage passive talent.
• Partner with hiring managers to define hiring needs, interview processes, and selection criteria.
• Conduct candidate screening, interviews, and assessments to evaluate qualifications and organizational fit.
• Present qualified candidates and provide hiring recommendations.
• Verify healthcare licenses, certifications, and credentialing requirements.
• Negotiate offers and manage candidates through onboarding.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for critical and hard-to-fill positions.
• Represent the organization at networking events, conferences, and professional associations.
• Proactively support talent acquisition through collaboration with directors and managers.
• Deliver a positive candidate and hiring manager experience throughout recruitment.
