Tenet Physician Resources is seeking an Associate Director of Physician Operations - Heart & Vascular to oversee market operations, drive physician HR and financial processes, and promote service excellence. The role focuses on onboarding, coordination with practice managers, and implementing initiatives to improve referrals and cost management.

The ideal candidate has 4+ years of managerial experience in a medical practice, strong MS Office skills, and excellent communication.

Qualifications

• Cardiology and/or cardiovascular experience highly preferred.
• 4+ years of progressive and hands-on managerial experience in a medical practice, including HR and finance management.
• Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Demonstrated skill using MS Office products including Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook.
• Strong leadership, teamwork, and interpersonal skills; ability to interact with all levels of an organization.

Responsabilités

• Weekly rounding with staff and physicians to ensure functioning practices.
• Coordinate with Practice Managers on operations.
• On-board new physicians and staff, including space, supplies, and equipment procurement.
• Promote initiatives such as referral management and cost control.
• Develop and implement market goals with the Market Operations Director.
• Identify new lines of business and revenue streams; mitigate costs.
• Ensure regulatory compliance with OSHA, CLIA, Medi-Cal, DHS and others.
