Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or healthcare management is required.
• Ten years of progressive management experience in outpatient practice operations.
• Ability to travel regularly between North and Central Georgia.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to analyze data.
• Effective communication and collaboration with healthcare professionals.

Responsibilities

• Establishes strategic plans and leads implementation of those plans.
• Coordinates with USHV executive management to set operational objectives and policies.
• Reviews activity reports and financial statements to assess progress and adjust plans.
• Directs financial programs to fund new or continuing operations and reach financial goals.
• Develops policies to enhance USHVs image and relations with patients, providers, and staff.
