Job summary

Brigham and Women's Hospital is seeking an experienced Practice Administrator to lead the Heart & Vascular Institute (HVI) Cardiovascular operations. You will oversee multiple locations, guide administrative teams, and drive initiatives to improve efficiency, financial performance, and patient experience.

You will partner with physicians and leadership to support program growth, onboard providers, and maintain high-quality operations across service areas.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Master’s preferred.
• 5–7 years of supervisory experience in healthcare.
• Experience with physician billing and revenue cycle management.
• Strong communication and leadership capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily administrative and operational functions across multiple cardiovascular practice locations.
• Mentor and develop practice managers and staff.
• Develop and review administrative policies to improve efficiency.
• Design strategic initiatives to support program growth and service expansion.
• Coordinate physician onboarding and provider enrollment.
• Manage credentialing processes and financial planning for operations.
• Monitor billing and financial performance to identify improvements.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and lead quality improvement initiatives.
