Job summary

US Heart and Vascular in Georgia seeks a Director of Practice Operations to lead the overall operation of our clinical network. The role oversees patient care, physician employment, strategic planning, marketing, and financial performance, and collaborates with regional leadership to ensure operational excellence.

The candidate will travel regularly within North and Central Georgia, manage budgets, implement policies, and drive improvements.

Responsibilities

• Directs the overall operation of practice operations across Georgia clinics.
• Oversees patient care, physician employment, strategic planning, marketing, and financial performance.
• Confers with executive management to plan objectives and coordinate divisions and satellite locations.
• Analyzes financial statements and guides budgeting to meet financial goals.
• Develops policies to improve image and relations with patients, providers, and staff.
