Tenet Physician Resources is seeking an innovative and experienced healthcare leader to drive excellence and inspire our team toward exceptional patient outcomes and operational success.

The Physician Practice Supervisor will manage all administrative and operational functions for assigned practices, balancing frontline duties with strategic oversight to optimize staff performance, patient relations, and regulatory compliance. Local travel is required.

Qualifications

• 5 years of experience working in a physician office with at least 2 years in a supervisory capacity.
• College degree, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Optimizing staff performance in the office; scheduling staff and assigning work; training/coaching; and overseeing daily operations of the office including cash reconciliation, charge entry, and operational checks and balances.
• Works to enhance physician productivity and patient satisfaction, ensure maximized reimbursements, and ensure practice locations are in compliance with regulatory requirements, patient confidentiality standards, and payor regulations.
• Resolves patient issues as needed. Local travel required.
• Demonstrated understanding of fiscal and human resource management in a healthcare setting
• Knowledge of computer systems and applications including electronic medical records and MS Office products
