Job summary

Capital Health is seeking an experienced operations leader to optimize scheduling, registration and billing across multiple sites. You will collaborate with providers to maximize productivity, coordinate room and equipment resources, and oversee staffing within budget constraints.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in business or health-related field (or 5 years healthcare management) plus 2+ years of office management, with strong organizational and communication skills and solid EHR/billing

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree in business or health-related field or 5 years health care management experience in lieu of a degree.
• Experience: Two years office management experience or 5 years in lieu of a degree.
• Knowledge: strong organizational, interpersonal, conflict resolution and communication skills, plus billing/insurance knowledge.
• Training: solid knowledge of EHR, scheduling and billing systems; proficient with MS Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Works directly with providers to implement scheduling to maximize productivity.
• Coordinates scheduling of resources including exam rooms and equipment.
• Interviews and hires for multiple locations adhering to salary budget.
• Completes timely statistical reports and financial information as required.
• Attends meetings and participates in practice management activities.
