Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree in business or health-related field or 5 years health care management experience in lieu of a degree.
• Experience: Two years office management experience or 5 years in lieu of a degree.
• Solid knowledge of billing, insurance guidelines and CMS/managed care payers.

Responsibilities

• Schedule staff and resources across multiple locations to maximize productivity.
• Oversee registration, charge capture and billing processes, and file maintenance.
• Prepare and present monthly financial reports and budgets.
• Interview and hire staff and conduct performance evaluations.
• Ensure compliance with DNV-GL standards and applicable regulations.
