TEEMA seeks a licensed Physical Therapist to support elderly and disabled patients across outpatient centers. The role blends direct clinical care with organizational leadership, including staff development, compliance, and quality care outcomes.

You will work with the Rehabilitation Manager, participate in interdisciplinary teams, and help advance patient care while expanding your impact beyond traditional therapy settings. This is an opportunity to lead, innovate, and affect lives positively.

Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapist license issued by the State of California.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience working with elderly or disabled populations.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality physical therapy services to restore function and mobility.
• Develop personalized care plans for functional independence.
• Deliver therapy coverage, in-person or remote, for multiple care centers.
• Participate in assessments, care plan development, and team meetings.
• Facilitate staff onboarding, trainings, and retraining for service excellence.
• Support rehab operations with data collection, compliance, and reporting.
• Lead presentations, assist in program planning, and contribute to CQI initiatives.
• Join interdisciplinary committees to enhance patient outcomes and rehab delivery.
