Job summary

TEEMA seeks a licensed Physical Therapist to support elderly and disabled patients in restoring mobility and independence within outpatient clinics in California.

You will collaborate with the Rehabilitation Manager, lead staff development, and contribute to CQI initiatives across centers. Remote or in-person therapy coverage may be required at times, with a focus on quality patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapist license issued by the CA PT Board.
• Minimum 1 year experience with elderly or disabled populations.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality physical therapy to restore function, mobility, and independence.
• Evaluate patients and develop personalized care plans.
• Deliver therapy coverage for multiple care centers, in-person or remote.
• Participate in assessments, care planning, and team meetings.
• Facilitate staff onboarding, training, and re-training.
• Contribute to data collection, compliance, and reporting.
