Job summary

TEEMA is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist in California to lead clinical and operational efforts within an outpatient clinic serving adults and geriatric patients. This role blends patient care with staff development and organizational leadership to improve outcomes and drive program excellence.

You will support the Rehabilitation Manager, contribute to CQI initiatives, and work with cross-functional teams to align services with organizational goals.

Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapist license issued by the California Physical Therapy Board.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience with elderly or disabled populations.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality physical therapy services to restore function and mobility.
• Evaluate patients and develop personalized care plans for functional independence.
• Deliver therapy coverage remotely or in-person across multiple care centers.
• Participate in assessments, develop plans, and attend team coordination meetings.
• Facilitate staff onboarding, skills training, and re-training for service excellence.
• Support rehabilitation operations with data collection, analysis, and compliance documentation.
