Job summary

TEEMA is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist in California to lead and coordinate outpatient rehabilitation across multiple centers. The role blends direct patient care with organizational leadership, staff development, and quality improvement initiatives.

You will work closely with the Rehabilitation Manager to drive clinical excellence, ensure compliance, and deliver outstanding patient outcomes for adults and geriatric populations.

Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapist license issued by the California Physical Therapy Board.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience working with elderly or disabled populations.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality physical therapy services to restore function, improve mobility, and relieve pain.
• Evaluate patients with mobility impairments and develop personalized care plans for functional independence.
• Deliver therapy coverage, in-person or remote, for multiple care centers to support staffing and compliance.
• Participate in assessments, develop care plans, and attend team coordination meetings.
• Facilitate staff onboarding, skills training, and retraining to ensure service excellence.
• Support rehabilitation operations through data collection, analysis, and compliance documentation.
• Prepare and lead presentations, assist in program planning, and contribute to CQI initiatives.
• Join interdisciplinary committees to enhance patient health outcomes and rehabilitation delivery.
• Collaborate with quality teams and department leads to align services with organizational goals.
