Job summary

CDW is seeking a Physical Security Senior Solution Architect to lead field-based pre-sales engagements, designing comprehensive security solutions for diverse customer environments. This role requires close collaboration with Sales, Delivery, and Partner teams to ensure outcomes align with customer goals.

You will develop proposals, scope services, and cultivate strategic relationships that drive CDW’s security services business across multiple product families.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in technical, pre-sales, or post-sale delivery role, or 9+ years in a technical pre-sales role.
• Motivated, self-starting, and able to independently perform high-quality work with minimal guidance.
• Strong knowledge across security architecture, video surveillance, access control, intrusion alarms, video AI/analytics.
• Ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams and influence decisions.
• Willingness to travel up to 25%.

Responsibilities

• Design technical security solutions using standard approaches and site assessments.
• Develop service solutions including advisory, deployment, integration, and maintenance.
• Collaborate with customers, delivery teams, and sales to create proposals and SOWs.
• Analyze requirements and define actions to meet customer needs in the sales cycle.
