Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 5+ years or 9+ years of experience delivering complex technical solutions.
• Hands-on Genetec or Verkada Systems Engineering experience.
• Ability to travel 25%-50%.
• Effective communication with clients.
• Experience in infrastructure/network environments and LAN/WAN design.

Responsibilities

• Consult with clients to plan, design, implement, and support Physical Security Systems.
• Design and implement technical architecture for networks and security systems.
• Configure and test video surveillance, access control, sensors, and integrations.
• Troubleshoot hardware/software issues and provide solutions.
• Assist sales by educating customers on new technologies in Physical Security.
• Manage projects using CDW's lifecycle processes.
