Job summary

CDW is seeking a Senior Physical Security Solution Architect to lead technical pre-sales engagements for complex security architectures at customer sites across the United States. You will act as a trusted advisor, designing comprehensive, multi-vendor security solutions including video surveillance, access control, intrusion detection, and analytics.

You will collaborate with sales, delivery teams, and partners to scope services, develop proposals and SOWs, and drive customer outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 5+ years of technical pre-sales or post-sale delivery experience, or 9+ years in a technical role.

Responsibilities

• Design technical security solutions using standard approaches for customer locations.
• Develop assessment and service solutions including advisory, deployment, integration, and support services.
• Collaborate with customers, delivery teams, and sales to provide guidance and draft proposals and SOWs.
• Analyze technical and competitive considerations to meet customer requirements in the sales cycle.
• Maintain strategic relationships with customers, internal teams, and partners; mentor junior staff.
