Job summary

Milestone Technologies, Inc. is seeking a highly experienced Physical Security Project Manager (SPM) to lead the delivery of physical security systems for new offices and facilities.

This role also serves as Program Manager for the GSIS Design Engineering Construction operating model, owning the DEC framework, process governance, and portfolio scheduling across sites. You will coordinate internal teams, vendors, and construction partners to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery, with a focus on

Qualifications

• Minimum 7+ years of project / program management and construction experience
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
• Willingness to travel up to 30% for site visits and commissioning
• Experience with enterprise facility programs and global security platforms

Responsibilities

• Ownership of project schedules and plans, budgets, correspondence, communication, coordination, meeting documentation, project document organization
• Lead construction kickoff activities and security integration scheduling
• Interface with General Contractor and construction teams to manage process and communication protocols
• Manage submittal and RFI review and approval processes
• Define and run standard processes for construction site observation, commissioning and closeout
• Own the DEC operating model and program pillars and dashboard for leadership
