Job summary

Covestic Inc. seeks an experienced Physical Security Project Manager to lead delivery of security systems for new offices and facilities, while also serving as DEC program manager for governance, scheduling, and closeout across all sites.

You will coordinate internal teams, vendors, and construction partners to ensure on-time, on-budget implementation aligned with GSIS standards, with travel to project sites as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7+ years of project and program management experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• Certifications: PMP, PgMP, CAPM, PSP, CPP (preferred).
• Willingness to travel up to 30% for site visits.
• Experience with enterprise real estate deployments and security systems is desirable.
• Ability to lead construction administration and commissioning processes.

Responsibilities

• Ownership of project schedules and plans, budgets, correspondence, communication, coordination, meeting documentation, project document organization.
• Produce RFPs, review vendor proposals, evaluate for scope and pricing, manage purchase and change orders.
• Review and negotiate lease contracts; assess zoning, security risks and mitigation strategies.
• Lead construction kickoff activities and security integration scheduling; manage RFIs and shop drawings.
• Travel to project sites for acceptance testing and commissioning of systems.
• Collect closeout documentation; coordinate training with regional stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain QA/QC governance; produce KPIs and quarterly reviews.
• Own DEC program pillars and dashboard; manage CapEx framework and status reporting.
