Job summary

JLL’s Global Security Technical Security team protects client and corporate environments with advanced physical security tech. You’ll lead access control programs, manage a skilled team, and partner with Global Security, Real Estate, clients, and technology groups.

You’ll own PIAM, asset management, visitor systems and mobile badge platforms within an Agile/CI/CD framework, driving improvements and meeting compliance standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Security Management, IT, Engineering or related field or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years in physical security tech with 2+ years in leadership or team coordination.
• Experience with PACS and enterprise platforms like Lenel OnGuard, Genetec, or C-CURE.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day physical access control operations across environments.
• Manage a high-performing team handling badge management, field support and standards.
• Define enhancement specs and perform UAT for releases.
• Oversee badge printing, mail distribution and onsite programs.
• Coordinate with vendors and integration partners and advise on roadmap.
