Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated (JLL) is seeking a Principal Information Security Engineer to lead identity security initiatives across the enterprise, delivering global IdP and Privileged Access Management controls for on‑premises, cloud, and SaaS platforms.

You will own secure identity design, govern IAM policies, collaborate with AD and authentication teams to ensure policy compliance, and drive JLL’s zero‑trust strategy for users and third parties.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of technical cybersecurity experience with at least 7 years in identity security.
• Experience enabling and enforcing identity security across M365, cloud services, and on-premises appliances.
• Experience implementing and managing Privileged Access Management (CyberArk preferred).
• Experience implementing and managing IdP (Okta preferred).
• Strong knowledge of security frameworks (ISO, NIST, ATT&CK).
• Excellent written and oral communication skills; able to work independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the engineering principal on implementing secure identity practices for enterprise architectures, including the IdP service for global authentication.
• Modify and control identity security policy, standards and guidance for users, on‑premises services, cloud providers, and SaaS.
• Collaborate with Active Directory and authentication teams to enable policy compliance.
• Lead delivery of JLL’s zero‑trust strategy for users and third parties.
• Design privileged access management controls for all privileged accounts; own and operate the PAM tool (CyberArk preferred).
• Serve as SME for enabling secure design of identity services and CIAM controls.
