Job summary

JLL is seeking a Physical Security Systems Lead in San Francisco to oversee day-to-day access control and physical security operations across client and corporate environments, owning platforms like PIAM, PACS, and VMS.

You will manage a high-performing team, coordinate with vendors, and drive improvements in security standards within an Agile framework, with a compensation range of $110,000 to $135,000 annually.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in security tech fields.
• 8+ years in physical security tech, 2+ years leadership.
• Hands-on with PACS and enterprise platforms (Lenel, Genetec, CCURE).
• Experience with badge lifecycle ops, visitor mgmt, mobile access.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations of physical access control.
• Oversee security badge printing and distribution programs.
• Coordinate with vendors and integration partners on issues.
• Define software enhancement specs and perform user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Maintain PIAM, PACS, VMS, and related platforms.
