Job summary

Maximus seeks a Physical Domain Lead to provide senior oversight, coordination, and technical leadership for the Physical Domain within POTFF. This role supports SOF mission readiness through integrated human performance services including sports medicine, strength and conditioning, injury mitigation, rehabilitation, and performance nutrition. This position is pending contract award.

U.S. citizenship and an active Secret clearance (or eligibility) are required; Jackson, MS-based role with

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field required.
• 7–10 years of relevant professional experience required.
• Certification/licensure relevant to discipline required; e.g., ATC, PT, CSCS, RD/RDN.
• Experience supporting human performance, sports medicine, or related readiness programs.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operational aspects of a project and planning activities.
• Oversee large multi-project programs, including staffing and control.
• Develop and maintain resource plans and project documents.
• Apply PMI methodologies and enforce project standards.
• Lead continuous improvement teams and coordinate vendor activities.
