Job summary

Maximus is seeking a Physical Domain Lead to provide senior-level oversight for the Physical Domain within POTFF, supporting SOF mission readiness through integrated human performance services including sports medicine, strength and conditioning, injury mitigation, rehabilitation, and performance nutrition. Role requires U.S.

citizenship and a Secret security clearance, with home-office readiness and travel as needed for contracts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent.
• Professional certification/licensure (ATC/PT/CSCS/RD-RDN) or equivalent credential.
• Experience supporting human performance, sports medicine, rehabilitation, or related readiness programs.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operational aspects of a project and planning activities.
• Oversee large multi-project programs including planning, staffing, leading, and controlling activities.
• Apply PMI methodology and enforce project standards on all projects.
• Lead continuous improvement teams and coordinate vendor relationships.
