Job summary

Maximus seeks a POTFF Psychological Domain Lead to provide senior-level clinical, technical, and programmatic leadership for the Psychological Domain within POTFF. This role supports U.S. Special Operations personnel and families by integrating psychology, resilience, assessment, and performance optimization services.

U.S. citizenship and a current Secret/ability to obtain Secret clearance are required. The position involves strategic direction, collaboration with government and clinicians, and

Qualifications

• PhD or PsyD in psychology from an APA-accredited program.
• Current, unrestricted license to practice psychology in at least one U.S. state.
• Minimum seven years of post-doctoral experience providing independent psychological services in operational environments.
• Experience in performance enhancement, executive coaching, organizational assessment, or personnel selection and assessment.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic direction and technical oversight for Psychological Domain services across POTFF locations.
• Lead clinical, operational, and performance psychology services including assessment, diagnosis, treatment, consultation, and leadership development.
• Coordinate referrals, crisis response, and continuity of care with military facilities and stakeholders.
• Ensure standards, documentation, and compliance with professional and government requirements.
• Supervise staff and act as escalation point for workload prioritization and issues.
