Job summary

Maximus is seeking a Physical Domain Lead to provide senior-level oversight, coordination, and technical leadership for the Physical Domain within the Preservation of the Force and Family (POTFF) program.

This role supports Special Operations Forces (SOF) mission readiness, operational availability, resilience, and career longevity through integrated human performance services spanning sports medicine, strength and conditioning, injury mitigation, rehabilitation, and performance nutrition.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field; 7–10 years of experience.
• Professional certification or licensure appropriate to the discipline.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary teams and coordinating complex services.
• U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain/maintain Secret clearance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage large multi-project programs, including planning and staffing.
• Develop and maintain project plans, resources, and performance metrics.
• Lead continuous improvement teams and ensure PMI standards.
• Communicate status to management, stakeholders, and customers.
