Job summary

Maximus seeks a Physical Domain Lead to provide senior-level oversight and technical leadership for the Physical Domain within POTFF, supporting SOF mission readiness and performance optimization.

This role ensures coordinated, multi-project delivery across sports medicine, strength, conditioning, rehabilitation, and nutrition while maintaining compliance with contract and security requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.
• 7–10 years of professional experience.
• Professional certification/licensure appropriate to the discipline (ATC, PT, CSCS, RD/RDN, etc.).
• Experience supporting human performance, sports medicine, rehabilitation, strength and conditioning, or performance nutrition.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operational aspects of a project and planning activities.
• Oversee large multi-project programs and allocate resources.
• Develop and maintain master/individual project plans and baselines.
• Apply PMI standards and ensure project quality and documentation.
• Lead continuous improvement teams and coordinate vendor relationships.
